Mohammad Farid Hamidi

Mohammad Farid Hamidi served as the attorney general of Afghanistan and led the reformation of the Afghanistan justice sector. He served as member of the AIHRC and also member of the emergency Loya Jirga. Attorney General Hamidi also served as the head of the advisory board to the president of Afghanistan on political appointments, ensuring the human rights compliance of the political appointment process. Mohammad Farid Hamidi is the deputy chair of the AHRC.
